This event is open to all companies in Hamilton County, with a special discounted rate for Westfield Chamber Partners. Diamond and Platinum Partners are recognized throughout the event and are given a free foursome to show our appreciation for their commitment and partnership with the Chamber.
Our golf outing is much more than just a chance to hit the course. It's an opportunity for community and business leaders to network, discover what makes Westfield thrive in Central Indiana, and learn about the businesses that serve our community.
This event is also our largest fundraising effort of the year. The funds raised from the Golf Outing go towards covering the cost of staff, operations, and enhancements in services & programs offered to our Partners and Members.

About Wood Wind Golf Course
Their country-style setting provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a great day with friends, associates and family members. Wood Wind offers, as a part of our menu of services, an 18 hole championship golf course and short game area, banquet facilities for that “special” occasion, and our classic and historic clubhouse which includes a fully stocked golf shop and an area dedicated to a quality food and beverage service. In addition, their professional golf staff offers golf instruction including individual instruction and group instruction.
Wood Wind also offers access to two pickleball courts, and the general public can access for a small fee. They also have a wonderful beer garden for everyone to enjoy before or after their round of golf! Wood Wind Golf Course is excited to welcome and accommodate you and yours!

TENTATIVE 2026 Golfing Options
The Westfield Chamber is grateful to Wood Wind Golf Course for the opportunity to host our 23rd Annual Golf Outing at their course. We are excited to share the love at another amazing golf course here in Westfield! There are a limited number of spots available to participate as a golfer in this year’s outing, so please register soon.
Prices include a round of golf on the Wood Wind 18 hole championship golf course. Additionally, golfers have one-hour access to the practice range before the Golf Outing begins, two golf carts per foursome, a free Bloody Mary Bar, a boxed lunch for each golfer before the shotgun start, complimentary drink ticket to use throughout the day, and a ticket to the 19th Hole Reception at the end of the day, where golfers will have the opportunity to win excellent prizes from the 18-hole sponsors. It is also where we will announce our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners and present a cash prize and the prized Dipple Cup to the winning team. Proceeds from this event support the Westfield Chamber of Commerce.

Volunteer with us! Our golf outings would not be possible without our incredible volunteers!
Please complete the volunteer interest form below if you are interested! We have multiple shifts and roles throughout the day to best match your interest. While every attempt will be made to place you in your preferred volunteer role, there is no guarantee. We do have situations in which we need to shift volunteers around to cover a critical area.
